New Sketchbook

I haven't finished my Moleskine Pocket sketchbook yet. It is probably my perfectionist tendencies. The Moleskine is so nice, perfect, clean, and expensive. What if I make a bad drawing? Dude, get over it.
Oh well, I got this one because it is $4.99, looks like a Moleskine, but doesn't inflict the same sort of "page fright" as the Moleskine. I am excited to begin making a myriad of poor to average drawings to help me get over it. Man, it's like Drawing 101 all over again. Wish me luck.

New Moleskine Initiated

And so the old gives way for the new.
I just finished the last few pages of my Piccadilly Small Plain Notebook this morning. I now break into a brand new Moleskine Large Squared Hardcover Notebook. Stoked.
It has been a while since I have used a Moleskine as my daily journal. I have been going the cheaper route with the same look, Piccadilly. But I must say, it is good to be back.

Spray Paint Tag 3

And finally, one of my favorites. A stencil of a little girl with a slingshot. Sweet! I look forward to stumbling upon more of these little gems in the future around Ithaca.

Spray Paint Tag 2

I have been meaning to photo and post these for some time now. I just keep forgetting to stop and photograph them. Here is another nice stencil in a series around Ithaca. I found this on some stairs by the sidewalk.

ICC Coffee Cup

ICC to go coffee cup. The color is great. I dig the rooster mark too. The distressed treatment is effective. Perhaps it'd be nice to see some variety in typefaces.

Just Got The Emigre "Mrs Eaves" Mailer

Stoked. I dig their style. I look forward to reading it ... later.
