There was a defect in my last Moleskine purchase so I figured I would see if they would do a refund or something. They sent me a personal email apologizing for the flaw due to the hand made nature of the Moleskine notebooks. Wow. Impressive. Forget the refund, they just sent me a new one direct from Milano, Italy priority mail!
